Returns and Refund Policies

Shipping

All prints are created on demand, so please allow up to 4 days for processing by our printing partner, before dispatch.

Print orders typically take 3 weeks from order date to arrive. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery time depends on your location and may take up to 30 days.

Refund Policy

According to our returns policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Product returns are to be offered at your expense and at your discretion.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our premises. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date.

Trades

Unfortunately, we do not exchange our products as they are printed on demand. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
